What we collect
Details you send us through the Mint Check, forms or WhatsApp: name, phone number, email, business name and your answers. We also collect website usage data through cookies and analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your plan and proposal, and improve our website and advertising. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we use to run our business, such as email, CRM and analytics tools, under data protection terms.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing us. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you become a client, then delete it.
